The Brown Butter Baddie is a rich, rebellious take on the chocolate chip cookie, perfected with a deep, complex flavour that's both nutty and caramelised. With a soft, chewy centre and perfect crispy edges, she's our most wanted cookie. The only thing she's guilty of is being dangerously good.

White Heat is misunderstood cookie, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It’s a beautiful balance of creamy sweetness, spiced cinnamon warmth, and a subtle but unforgettable fiery finish. It’s pure bliss and pure "badness" in a single bite.
Baking Tips for Cookie Dough
Make every batch a masterpiece.
Brown Butter Baddie (Chocolate Chip)
Oven temp: 180°C (fan-forced) or 190°C (conventional).
Bake time: 16–20 minutes.
Look for: Golden edges, slightly soft centre. They’ll firm up as they cool.
Extra tip: For a gooey middle, pull them out closer to 16 mins. For crunchier edges, leave them a touch longer.
White Heat (White Chocolate, Paprika & Cinnamon)
Oven temp: 180°C (fan-forced) or 190°C (conventional).
Bake time: 18–22 minutes.
Look for: Crackled tops.
Extra tip: The spices develop more flavour as they cool, wait at least 10 mins before eating (if you can).
